Dear Lord,
In this moment of stillness, I come to you with a heart that feels overwhelmed. Anxiety wraps itself around me, whispering fears and worries I cannot quiet on my own. But you Lord, are my refuge and my strength. You are the calm in every storm.
Please quiet my mind and steady my heart. Help me release the burdens. I was never meant to carry. Replace my worry with your peace and my fear with your presence. Remind me that I am not alone for you go before me and walk beside me.
Let your love wash over me like a gentle wave and may each breath I take be filled with trust in you. Anchor me in hope, guide me in stillness and give me the courage to rest in your perfect peace.
